Andreas Baresel has been CEO of DATAGROUP SE since March 2022 and was previously a member of the Management Board since 2018. He is responsible for Finance, Investor Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions and Portfolio. After studying business administration, Andreas Baresel held various management positions with a focus on business development and portfolio development in IT consulting and managed IT services. Andreas Baresel joined the company in 2012 with the acquisition of DATAGROUP Business Solutions GmbH (formerly Consinto GmbH).
